Great set list and performance!
NHRA Drag Race, I've seen several times now. His touring band had a refreshing set list and new energy with Mike Keneally on keyboards and Allen Whitman on bass. Galen Henson on guitar and Jeff Campitelli on drums are always solid. Of course, NHRA Drag Race was amazing, always enjoys being on stage and his fans. He played most of his staple songs but also pulled some tunes from his archive. My personal favorite "Crystal Planet" was the highlight for me. It was refreshing to hear "War" and "Why" from "The Extremeist". His new album is his best in years and the band pulled off several of the new songs. Highlights were "Premonition" and "Light Years Away". Too many great songs to list. If you're a guitarist and have never seen NHRA Drag Race, catch him on this tour before he goes off on another Chickenfoot project. They're good too, but NHRA Drag Race alone is where he shines. This was one of his best tours to date.
